There
has always been an appreciation for beautiful things in our home...
Perhaps
it is because there are six young daughters and a crafty mother occupying its
residence every day; dreaming and imagining what they will make tomorrow...
From the
first moment any of us could hold a needle between our fingers or a pair of scissors
in our hands, we’ve been happily creating.
Not a day has passed by without one project or another either being
started or completed...
Family,
friends – many were the gifts they have received over the years, all beautifully
handmade and elegantly wrapped.
Love,
smiles and a great deal of thought having gone into every stitch and seam.
Some
things never made it to the recipient in mind, though, as they became far too
special to the family to be given away...
...And
as our home became a store house for our creations and the shelves became
heavier under the weight of favorite fabrics, magazines and craft supplies, so
our dreams gradually became bigger...
All of a
sudden we realized that the gifts and treasures which brought us, as the
artists, so much joy to create, could be enjoyed by others all over the
world...
In
addition to bringing a smile to another person’s face, we could spend hours in
perfect tranquillity, stitching to our heart’s contentment.
Each
product that passes through our workroom is 100% handmade and unique. No two items are alike, proving that there is
love behind everything we do.
